private Pilates & Yoga instruction. We offer a focused, well-controlled
physical conditioning program which will rebalance and invigorate your
body. Our studio offers both Private Classes - individually tailored
programs performed on the highest-quality Gratz Pilates machines, and
Pilates Mat - group Pilates classes. Our full range of Yoga classes
complements the offerings available to you as our client.
We are the only fully-equipped Pilates studio in the Warren area. Deborah Harris, CPI is an acclaimed instructor with years of Pilates teaching experience at numerous studios in the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania areas, most recently of the Pennsylvania Ballet Pilates Studio. We make it convenient for you to explore other complimentary techniques, such as Yoga and therapeutic massage.
